GUAC GUAC GUAC.

My latest addiction these days is Sabra's Hummus and Stacy's Simply Naked Pita Chips and Guacamole, better known as GUAC and chips! After hearing that avocados are extremely good for you, I can't stop eating them! At first I used a Guacamole recipe but soon I re-created it and here it is!
Linnea's Fantabulous Guacamole Recipe:

Ingredients:
  1. 3-4 Ripe Avocados
  2. 1 Lemon
  3. Salt and Pepper
  4. Cilantro (I use Organic Cilantro)
  5. 1 Roma Tomato
  6. 1/2 of an Onion
  7. Chips of your choice (I use Organic Tortilla Chips)
Process of making GUAC:
  1. Remove the seed/pit in the middle of each avocado and then scoop out the inside of each avocado into a bowl.
  2. Using the juice of the lemon, pour the lemon juice into the bowl containing the avocados and make sure all the avocados are covered with lemon juice because they will turn brown if they are not.
  3. Dice the union very small and set aside
  4. Cut the tomato in half and remove the seeds by using a spoon, etc. and dice the tomato
  5. Add the onion and tomato to the avocados in the bowl
  6. Add salt and pepper to all the ingredients in the bowl
  7. Combine all the ingredients by using a fork to mash the avocados
  8. Add Cilantro, as much as you please, I tend to add a lot because I think it tastes much better with lots of cilantro.
  9. Let the guacamole sit for an hour and then ENJOY THE GUAC!
